Business Background:
My background is built across all areas of business. I started in sales and marketing at a young age, working both face-to-face and on the phone, before moving into customer service and human resources. At 20, I joined Lombard PLC and within one year became Contract Hire Team Manager across six London regions. In a highly competitive and traditional market, I specialised in helping clients shift their thinking toward more effective financial solutions. While managing a team of 12, I also remained active in sales — delivering over 1,400 vehicle contracts in a single year, more than half of the team’s total performance. This role developed deep experience in communication, customer relationships, negotiation, and long-term business growth.
Teaching Experience:
I have spent over 12 years in education, including leadership roles as a head teacher, while continuing to teach students directly. Over the past 5 years, I have worked with professionals across Thailand, China, Japan, Cambodia, Vietnam, Malaysia, and beyond. I have supported learners at all levels — from beginners to experienced professionals — helping them communicate clearly and confidently in real business situations.
